| Side Effects | Follows up with patients after medication changes to identify any adverse effects and documents the responses as a clinical note in Tebra. |
| Adherence Checks | Contacts patients after a new prescription to confirm medication acquisition and proper usage, and logs all findings as a clinical note in Tebra. |
If the patient reports stopping their medication without first consulting with the provider, the provider will be notified via a Tebra inbox notification.
